H. B. 4019 -- " A BILL to amend and reenact §5A-1A-2, §5A-1A-3, §5A-1A-4 and §5A-1A-5 of the Code of West Virginia, 1931, as amended, all relating to the Employee Suggestion Award Board; increasing the maximum award amount; requiring the board to report award information and recommendations to the Joint Committee on Government and Finance; clarifying the board's legislative rule- making authority; and permitting the Governor to make a secondary award for a suggestion implemented in one or more additional state agencies.
